Discover Dash Essentials

Join our interactive 6-week program and learn how the DASH (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) eating plan can help you keep your blood pressure in a healthy range. We will explore the essential components of nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and sleep to support healthier blood pressure.

Discover DASH Essentials will meet weekly October 6-November 10, 2026, 6:00-8:00 p.m., at the Holmes County Agriculture Center, 1169 E. Highway 90, Bonifay. Registration is $10.00 per person.

Water Bath Canning Class

November 17, 6:00-8:00 p.m. • Washington County Ag Center, 1424 Jackson Avenue, Chipley

Participants will learn the basics of water bath canning by canning fruit. Class format is demonstration and some hands-on. Registration fee is $5 and includes class materials.
