For your convenience, we can draft bills from your checking account or credit card. A copy of your bill will be mailed to you. All major forms of credit cards are accepted. Click here for a printable authorization form for the bank and credit card draft.
To make payments online, you need your account number and a username and password. If you do not have a username or password, contact WFEC by telephone or send an email with your name and WFEC account number to firstname.lastname@example.org
An E-check payment option is available to all members with a good payment history.
To pay your West Florida Electric bill by credit card, debit card, or e-check or to speak with a customer service representative about payment arrangements, just call one of our district offices and ask for a cashier.
West Florida Electric has convenient locations other than our offices, where you may pay your monthly electric bill.
