Four-Ingredient Cake Mix Cookies
1 box cake mix (any flavor)
2 eggs
½ cup oil
4 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped into pieces
Beat cake mix and eggs until combined. Add oil and mix well. Stir in Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup pieces. Roll dough into even sized balls & place on a greased cookie sheet about 1” apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes, until edges are slightly brown. Cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack to continue cooling. Makes 24 cookies.
