Cornbread Cakes
1 ½ cup self-rising flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
4 eggs
1 cup cooking oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup pecans
Bake at 350o for about 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
