There will be a planned power outage on August 3rd beginning at 9 AM and impacting all members served by the Graceville substation. This outage is expected to last 2 hours and is to rebuild the distribution side of the substation to increase the voltage from 15 kV to 25 kV and install a mobile substation. These upgrades are so that WFEC can better serve our members. The following areas and communities will be impacted by this outage:

Poplar Springs School area and North of Woodham Peanut
Graceville and surrounding areas
Browntown
Baptist College of Florida
North Hwy. 77 to the Alabama state line
Slocomb Hwy.
South Hwy. 77 (about 4 miles)
