In accordance with Article IV, Section 3, of West Florida Electric Cooperative’s bylaws, WFEC appointed a nominating committee to identify interested and qualified members to be candidates for the board of trustees. The deadline for submitting nominations was Tuesday, February 22 at noon as stated in the February Current Light Flashes publication which was mailed on February 3, 2022 along with contact information for the nominating committee. Trustees in Districts 1, 2 and 3 garnered no opposition this year and therefore each will return to their respective seat on the WFEC Board of Trustees.
The 2022 Annual Meeting/Member Appreciation Day will take place on Saturday, April 23, 2022 at the Graceville Civic Center. Registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. We look forward to seeing you there!
