The United States Postal Service (USPS) has announced changes for some First-Class Mail items, which could result in delays in mail you receive from us (including billing statements) and mail we receive from you (including mailed payments). These delivery changes took place on October 1. Please keep this in mind when utilizing USPS services to conduct business with WFEC. For more information, visit www.usps.com.
To help mitigate delays you may experience when using the USPS to mail payments, WFEC offers several convenient payment options. The co-op also offers text alerts, and online account access to help you update or receive account information.
Manage your account or make payments using our mobile app, online from our website, by calling the automated phone system, using the drive-thru at one of our offices or calling to make a payment with one of our member service representatives. Other payment options including bank and credit card drafts are also available. Visit www.westflorida.coop to learn more about all the convenient ways to pay your bill.
