Whether you're coming home after dark, shooting hoops with the kids in the evening or just wanting to create a warm and inviting welcome for your home, get all the outdoor light you need with our lighting options.
By adding new or more outdoor lighting, you can enjoy longer hours of outside fun at home. Businesses can also add after-dark lighting. Thanks to automatic controls, the lights turn on at dusk. We'll install the pole and lighting and make sure it continues to work properly. To make it even easier, the charge will be included on your monthly electric bill. If the bulbs burn out over time in the units, your cooperative will replace those at no charge. If light fixtures or poles become damaged and need repair, we'll also take care of those.
If you already have outdoor lighting, it is important to let us know when your equipment isn't working properly. Call (800) 342-7400 or email yardlight@westflorida.coop to report lighting that needs to be repaired. If there is more than one light at your location, please provide detailed information on its specific location. Please note that if your light is not issued by the co-op, then we cannot repair it. Please do not attach anything to poles. Lights on poles with anything attached pose a safety risk to our linemen and will not be repaired until the items are removed. It is also important to practice safety around outdoor lighting. Never shoot out lights, shoot poles or try to damage them in any way. This could pose a safety risk to you, your loved ones and our linemen. It may be hunting season, but WFEC's lights are not fair game.
